June Update

img_0693Quick update on what’s happening at Recycle-a-Bike:

Wrenching Wednesdays had a great run, but is now CANCELED. Thanks to all of our volunteers and participants!

Open Shop is up and running. Tuesdays 6 – 9 pm. Stop by and fix your bike, access to all tools and a skilled mechanic to help you. $5/hr. $20/month membership and work/trade also available.

Volunteer Days and Nights Saturdays Noon – 4 pm and Weds. 6 – 9 pm. We’re preparing for remediation and have tons of sorting and bike tune-ups to do to ensure that our shop keeps its doors open and its services active. Drop by and help out.

We are looking for 20 milk crates and a set of large shelves (which can fit milk crates) to store our stuff. Please contact us to set up a time to donate if you have any of these items.

In preparation for our site remediation and new space, we are not currently accepting bike donations. We will let you know when we can again accept bikes or parts.

Happy biking!
